Han's: Aglio Olio Crispy pasta. Sometimes there's nothing better than a simple yet wholesome pasta dish. For SGD7.80, you get a plate of spaghetti stirred with minced garlic, drenched in spicy chili oil and accompanied with crunchy sweet red and green pepper, lightly caramelized onions, and topped with crispy fried shallot. I'm salivating just thinking about it =D
